• Orders can be placed via WhatsApp on 07769 669418 or by calling 01865 422326 during the specified hours.

• Orders placed after the stated cut-off times may be processed the following day.

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Deliveries are made directly to your kitchen, typically before 10am, and in most cases before 10:30am.

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always aim to meet the promised schedule.

3. Payments

• Weekly accounts: Payment is due the following Thursday or earlier.

• Monthly accounts: Payment is due on the 28th of each month or earlier.

• All prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change.

• All products are subject to availability.

• We strive to supply the highest quality produce, but substitutions may occur if items are unavailable.
